An Easy Target Im Ae Ju : Download

Im Ae Ju

God I don’t even know how to rate this. This was like a train wreck, where I didn’t want to stare but couldn’t look away. As one reviewer said, “this was so rapey.” But the art is good and there’s something strangely compelling about it. But it’s pretty frustrating how it ends up so that I can’t say it’s worth it unless rape really turns you on.

The description doesn’t give what the story is really about justice. That’s only like, 10% of what happens. The story is really about Kyung-soo and Choi Yale (and the whole totally fucked up Choi family). Essentially, Kyung-soo is a sex slave, and there’s total Stockholm syndrome going on. There’s a ton of graphic sex and nudity (genitals are censored), but like 80-90% of that is either rape or dub-con and is not sexy at all... just disturbing and upsetting.

I’ve read my share of stories with situations akin to this (including a piece of fanfic recently), but those are usually about the abused person recovering or escaping in some way, not trying to glamorize the abuse. And ultimately, that’s what this story is about. The ending essentially confirms it.

I get at the end that we’re supposed to believe that Yule has finally seen the error of his ways, and he’s changed/changing, but it seems like far too little and way too late. Tbh I think a better ending would have been Kyung-soo just moving on (or trying to) with his life independent of anyone else. Or at least not any of the characters from this story.

And I still don’t understand why Yale did what he did to Kyung-soo three years ago. I just don’t get it. I mean I know he was a psychopath, but idk I wish the WHY of that decision had been clarified somehow. Maybe if it had then I could better understand/accept the ending.

But all in all I would give this a huge pass. I still can’t believe I read the entire thing. Again, I guess it was the train wreck analogy or the hope that it would redeem itself somehow... but it doesn’t.

i’ve read my share of stories with situations akin to this (including a piece of fanfic recently), but those are usually about the abused person recovering or escaping in some way, not trying to glamorize the abuse. and ultimately, that’s what this story is about. the ending essentially confirms it.

i get at the end that we’re supposed to believe that yule has finally seen the error of his ways, and he’s changed/changing, but it seems like far too little and way too late. tbh i think a better ending would have been kyung-soo just moving on (or trying to) with his life independent of anyone else. or at least not any of the characters from this story.

and i still don’t understand why yale did what he did to kyung-soo three years ago. i just don’t get it. i mean i know he was a psychopath, but idk i wish the why of that decision had been clarified somehow. maybe if it had then i could better understand/accept the ending.

but all in all i would give this a huge pass. i still can’t believe i read the entire thing. again, i guess it was the train wreck analogy or the hope that it would redeem itself somehow... but it doesn’t.

during a physical exam have cancer-free nodes 14. No obstante, es necesario god i don’t even know how to rate this. this was like a train wreck, where i didn’t want to stare but couldn’t look away. as one reviewer said, “this was so rapey.” but the art is good and there’s something strangely compelling about it. but it’s pretty frustrating how it ends up so that i can’t say it’s worth it unless rape really turns you on.

the description doesn’t give what the story is really about justice. that’s only like, 10% of what happens. the story is really about kyung-soo and choi yale (and the whole totally fucked up choi family). essentially, kyung-soo is a sex slave, and there’s total stockholm syndrome going on. there’s a ton of graphic sex and nudity (genitals are censored), but like 80-90% of that is either rape or dub-con and is not sexy at all... just disturbing and upsetting.
